465 Pacific by Morris Adjmi Architects

Amidst the beautiful brownstones of historic Boerum Hill, 465 Pacific Street is a collection of thirty condominium residences designed by acclaimed architect Morris Adjmi in 2015. Known for his contextual yet contemporary interpretations of historic architecture, Adjmi’s design combined traditional elements of warmth and comfort with the benefits of a modern residential experience. Located just outside Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill Historic District, 465 Pacific draws inspiration from the historic architecture of the neighborhood, known for nineteenth-century brick townhouses. The brand design balanced this interplay between the historic and modern aspects of the project by using its symmetric and vaguely industrial logotype against more modern content such as renderings, website, brochure and the sales gallery.
