The Sterling Mason by Taconic Investment Partners

A modern reflection of historic Tribeca, The Sterling Mason created thirty-three residences in a private enclave within downtown’s coveted landmark district. Noted architect Morris Adjmi transformed a quintessential 1905 masonry loft warehouse by adding to it a stunning identical twin, clad in contemporary metallic facade, creating a perfect copy of the iconic original. This innovative collaboration of architecture, design and craft featured a branding campaign built on the idea of duality. The brochure has two front covers, one half featuring residences and the other highlighting the process of its creators, including architect Morris Adjmi, interior designers John and Christine Gachot, and the cabinet maker Henrybuilt, founded by Scott Hudson, a Seattle-based firm that has refined the art of developing bespoke kitchens that combine the functionality and refinement of European integrated systems with the warmth and durability of custom craftsmanship. The branding scope of work included naming, art direction, website design, sales gallery design and creation of a short film.

Art direction: Alan Hill, Milan Kliska
