Brilliantly reimagined from a historic former art warehouse, Archive Lofts is a unique residential renovation/conversion that elevates the concept of downtown loft living, and transports it to the heart of Lenox Hill. With its brand new copper mansard roof and redesigned façade clad in Indiana limestone, Archive Lofts melds the classical with the modern into a truly elegant architectural statement. Interiors feature barrel vaulted ceilings up to 12′ high, and a majority of units have outdoor space. Celebrating the legacy of this historic art warehouse, a brochure featured the building’s collection of vintage MoMA and Guggenheim posters which are displayed throughout the property.
