Hillrose28 is a new ground-up twenty-story residential tower in Manhattan’s historic Rose Hill neighborhood that launched in 2020. Designed by global architectural design firm Lemay + Escobar and executed by Forkosh Development, the 181 East 28th Street location, between Lexington and Third Avenues, offers a tree-lined side-street with central, walkable access to the city’s destinations and transit options. Each home interprets the iconic tradition of New York condominium living through a modern lens, from the building’s stately Indiana limestone facade to each residence’s thoughtfully designed spaces and often unobstructed views. Many of the homes offer expansive outdoor space, an ideal complement to residences designed for those looking to make a home in the city, and the city their home. One unique offering was the development of Hillrosé wine, a proprietary rosé crafted in Sonoma County and available only to customers and purchasers at the property.
