MNS undertook a redesign of their identity in order to better communicate their strengths in being a data-driven and innovative real estate platform for developers, investors, brokers and customers. The identity married a made-in-New-York streetwise ethos with an overlay of smart infographics and bold colors. Black and white photography and a graffiti inspired font in a high-key bright green set a tone that differentiated them from the standard luxury Manhattan brokerage. Strong typography further enhanced the authority of their quarterly reports and website tone of voice.
